Lawyer reviews help us.

We are especially appreciative when our clients provide us with feedback about our services. Whether provided to us privately, or publicly via one of the many review sites online (e.g., Google, Yelp, Lawyers.com, Facebook, etc.), client feedback helps us fine-tune our services.

Reviews also help our community.

It’s always nice to know if we are doing something right so we can make sure to keep doing it. Likewise, if we need to improve in an area, we want to know how we can improve so that our future clients will be better served.

Tips on Writing Reviews (including attorney reviews)

If you aren’t sure how to write a review, here are a few tips:

  • As you draft your lawyer review, it’s a good idea to include truthful facts which help describe your experience, without sharing any confidential information.
  • Be honest, especially when you are asserting facts. While drafting your attorney review (or other kind of review), avoid any assertions of fact which are false or in disregard of the truth, especially where such false statements could cause harm to someone’s reputation or business.
  • Don’t forget to mention any specific staff members or employees that stood out
  • Would you hire the same attorney again in the future? If so, think about mentioning it.
  • Would you recommend the lawyer to a friend or family member?
  • Be mindful that your words may last forever so it’s always a good idea to think twice before you post anything online, especially if you happen to be in an emotional state-of-mind. Some websites may not allow you to delete your review later, so it’s worth waiting until you are in a cool state-of-mind before posting anything about anyone online.
